YOU WILL NEED SPEECH THERAPY IF YOU:

  • Have difficulty chewing or swallowing certain foods
  • Experiencing coughing or runny nose when eating or drinking

YOU WILL NEED PHYSICAL THERAPY IF YOU:

  • Feel weak for days
  • Have recent or worsening joint pain
  • Have recent or worsening balance
  • Recently fell
  • Have difficulty getting up from bed, chair, recliner, or car
  • Have difficulty walking on even or uneven surfaces
  • Have worsening posture

YOU WILL NEED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY IF YOU:

  • Feel weak, making it harder to cook, clean, or shower
  • Have arm/hand pain, affecting your daily tasks
  • Have difficulty dressing, combing, or showering
  • Have difficulty writing, opening doors or jars
  • Have difficulty feeding yourself
  • Forget to take your medicine or keep appointments
  • Have worseing vision

WHAT IS TUG?
